Consultation and Pre-Sales: Lead pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concept (POC) development (approximately 70% of the role).  

Implementation and Support: Design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows AD solutions for clients (approximately 30% of the role).  

Training and Enablement: Conduct technical training sessions to enhance client adoption and effectiveness of deployed solutions.  

Knowledge Sharing: Develop documentation, white papers, and presentations to contribute to team knowledge and public awareness.  

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT consulting, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, or related cloud solutions.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Windows AD infrastructure and integration. (optional)
• Strong background in pre-sales technical roles, including presentations and solution demonstrations.

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, Azure Active Directory, and security solutions.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and cloud-based security tools.
• Certifications in Microsoft solutions (e.g., Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
